How do I Reserve my Villa?


Very simply…. Click here to reserve TempleTree Bali online directly.

  1. Select Arrival and Departure Date

  2. Select Villa of your Choice if available for selected dates or choose other

dates or other villas.

  1. If you have a PROMO CODE (COUPON), please enter it with the Link on

top of the page

  1. If available, click BOOK NOW

  2. Select the Room Rate of your choice and click BOOK

  3. Enter Guest Booking details (Name, Number of Adults, Children…)

  4. Enter Guest Payment details

  5. Tick the little box “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions”

  6. Click Pay Online or Pay By Bank Transfer

  7. If you choose pay online, just fill in your preferred Credit Card details and click Continue to complete Payment

  8. If you choose Pay by Bank transfer we will communicate directly with you by email

Is it safe to use my Credit Card?


Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security we use only verified 3rd Party payment gateways.




What Credit Cards do you accept online?


The card types accepted VISA and MasterCard). At Front Office we accept VISA and MasterCard as well.




My credit card number is correct but it’s not being accepted.  Why ?


There are a few possibilities:

  • Your card type is not accepted by TempleTree.
  • The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
  • You have reached your credit limit.
  • There is a computer error.




Can I specify special requests (late check-out, airport transfer, etc.)?


Please contact us at templetreebali@gmail.com. TempleTree staff will do their best to accommodate your special requests. We cannot guarantee your requests. Subject to availability.




Is the Villa rate per person or per night?


Temple Tree villa rates are net (ie. inclusive all applicable taxes), nightly per Villa and based on double occupancy per room unless otherwise specified. Carefully review the Villa descriptions and rate policy to ensure the Villa you select can accommodate your entire party. Any extra adults or children above the Villa’s listed Occupancy may be subject to additional charges as per TempleTree’s policies.




What happens when I make a Reservation? Will I receive email Confirmation?


Online Reservations will be completed on our BooknLink reservation pages and you will receive an email confirmation from this system.




How long for TempleTree Bali to respond to my email reservation request?


Email Reservation requests are usually followed up within 24 | 48 hours. For urgent matters please specify in your email or call us +62 81236 415009 .




What is the Cancellation Policy on my Reservation?


When you make your Reservation, the Cancellation Policy will be provided with the Booking Confirmations. Please read carefully.

All children are welcome!


Free! All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Children under 2 years are charged IDR 150,000 per child per night per cot/crib.

Older children and adults are charged IDR 250,000 per night per extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots per room is 1 (One).

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and subject to confirmation by management.

Supplementary charges are not automatically calculated in your Villa Booking Reservation costs. These are charged separately at TempleTree Check-in.

Can I make a booking for another person but pay with my credit card?


Yes, you can.




Can I check in if the booking is under someone else’s name?


No, only the person (and accompanying guests) whose name and valid ID stated in the Booking Confirmation will be allowed to Check in.




If booking one Villa for 2 persons, do I need to provide both names?


No, you only need to provide one name. The person named in the Booking must be present during Check in.




How do I check if I have successfully made a Booking?


You will receive a Confirmation/Booking Ref. No.




Must I print out my Booking Reservation?


It is advisable to print out your Booking Reservation for reference and easy Check in. If you don’t have a printout of your reservation or electronic copy, please confirm your booking details at Reception with your identification (ID).




In what currency do I pay for my stay at TempleTree?


Payment would be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) if you pay in Bali at Check-in. For online payment our BooknLink system accepts various currencies.




What is the earliest time I can Check-in?


The earliest Check-in is 14:00. Please contact us if you have special request.




What is the latest time I can Check-out?


The latest Check-out is 12:00 (Noon). Please contact us if you have special request.




Is there a minimal number of nights I must book?


One (1) night. But 3 nights entitles you to better prices and promotions!!!




What is the maximum number of nights I can book?


No limits. We offer special monthly rates.




Can I cancel my booking?

Is there an F & B outlet at TempleTree?


We offer In-Villa BBQ and Chef services. Please inquire. Additionally, we stock the kitchen & bar with the essentials (snacks) for purchase.TempleTree can arrange breakfast served fresh to your villa or have it on the beach right in front.




Is there Internet access at TempleTree?


Free in-Villa Wi-Fi is available in all our Villas and at Reception/Lobby.




Do the Villas have en-suite bathrooms?


Yes, all our Villas have en-suite bathrooms equipped with rainfall showers and waterfall bathtubs.




Are the Villas air-conditioned?


Yes air-conditioned throughout. Living areas also equipped with ceiling fans.




What are the Bed configurations at TempleTree?


TempleTree Villas provide premier hotel grade King and Twin Beds.




Are Bed linens provided?


Yes, all beds come with a full set of linens (fitted & flat sheet, duvet & pillows).




Does TempleTree provide additional or have extra beds available?


Yes. We charge IDR 250,000 per extra bed and IDR 150,000 per Cot/Crib.




Does TempleTree provide towels and complimentary soap, shampoo etc.?


Yes, of course.




Is there in-Villa Maid Service?


Yes, from 9am to 2:00pm we are available for housekeeping with garden/pool refresh. And our Front Office is open from 9 am to 5 pm.




Do TempleTree Villas come with Smart TV, Home Theatre, Safety Deposit Box and Fully appointed Kitchen/Bar?


Yes, and all the creature comforts of home to chill and relax!




Are Mineral Water and Tea & Coffee complimentary?


Yes, naturally.




Are there electrical power points in the Villas?


Certainly.

What should I prepare for Check in?


International Guests are required to present a Passport as proof of identity. Indonesian citizens may present a valid photo identification (eg KTP).




Can I smoke in the Villas?


Only outdoors. TempleTree Villas are non-smoking villas. It is only permitted to smoke outdoors in the non-enclosed areas of your Villa.




Can children stay unaccompanied in the Villa?


No, and by children we mean under the age of sixteen (16) years of age.




Are Villa Guests’ visitors allowed in the Villas?


Yes, visitors are allowed in the company of Booking villa guests.




Can I bring my pet to TempleTree?


We love animals but Pets are not permitted.




Where do I pick up my Villa keys?


Our Host will accompany you from our Front Office to your TempleTree Villa and provide you with in-villa Check-in and refreshments.

Please have proof of your identity available.




What Customer Services is offered?


Our qualified and friendly Front Office staff are available during office hours (9am to 5pm), 6 days a week, 52 weeks a year (including ‘On Call’ Sundays & Public Holidays) to respond to your needs and questions. Is Free Parking available?


Yes. Free Parking for our Guests and visitors.




What if there will be more than two Guests staying per Villa Bedroom?


Additional Guests are subject to additional charges. We charge IDR 250,000 per Extra Bed and IDR 150,000 per Baby Cot/Crib.




Our children will be with us... do they stay free?


All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing beds. A child under 2 years is charged IDR 150,000 per night per cot/crib.

Can I store my Baggage?


Yes, certainly. Please contact our Front Office.




Does your Front Office offer Currency Exchange?


No, however there are convenient ATM’s and money changer available within a short 3 minute walking distance.

Yes. VISA, MasterCard, and Online Bank Transfer




What Airport is nearby?


Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport - only 3.5 km away a 10 - 15 minute drive.
